Let’s be honest — this industry is full of trainers who mean well but don’t actually know what they’re doing. Or worse, they think they do.

I ran my business out of Gold’s Gym Venice for 25 years. I’ve trained names you’d recognize, but more importantly, I was known as the trainer whose clients actually changed. You’d think that would be standard… it’s not.

Today, the fitness world is flooded with hype, shortcuts, and “experts” who’ve barely coached a real client. Me? I’ve been doing this for decades, and I’m very good at it. Results aren’t luck — they come from experience, strategy, and knowing exactly what works.

If you’re looking for expert personal training with a body composition focus, my life has been dedicated to it.

Each day features focused coaching, hands-on technique work, and actionable insights. From form and posture to body-part training and movement for longevity, you’ll gain skills and knowledge you can immediately apply to your training.
