Can I attend solo or with friends?

Yes, you can book this retreat for yourself or up to 4 people max. Each participant receives full coaching attention.

Where is the retreat held?

The retreat is hosted at Joanne’s home gym in Eagle, Idaho. Nearby hotels and Airbnbs are available within 2 miles.

What is included in the retreat?

All training sessions, hands-on coaching, movement workshops, daily guidance, protein shakes, snacks, and selected group meals are included.

Are meals provided?

Lunch on Friday is catered, Saturday dinner is provided, and Sunday we visit a local vineyard for lunch. Snacks and protein shakes are available throughout.

What if I need to cancel?

Strict cancellation policy applies: no refunds if cancelled within 15 days of the retreat.

Do I need prior experience?

No. This retreat is suitable for beginners to advanced participants. Coaching is customized to your level.
