The retreat is hosted at Joanne’s home gym in Eagle, Idaho. Nearby hotels and Airbnbs are available within 2 miles.
All training sessions, hands-on coaching, movement workshops, daily guidance, protein shakes, snacks, and selected group meals are included.
Lunch on Friday is catered, Saturday dinner is provided, and Sunday we visit a local vineyard for lunch. Snacks and protein shakes are available throughout.
Strict cancellation policy applies: no refunds if cancelled within 15 days of the retreat.
