This is not a template-based program. Every aspect of your coaching — training, nutrition, education, and strategy — is customized specifically to you. You’re not following a plan; you’re building understanding, confidence, and long-term mastery with direct access to me.
Coaching is delivered via Zoom, and can also include in-person sessions if arranged. All core elements — calls, check-ins, messaging, and content — are fully effective whether virtual or in person.
We meet twice per week on Zoom for deep-dive coaching, refinement, and strategic adjustments. In addition, you’ll have daily weekday check-ins and unlimited messaging support.
